General conditions

 - You must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled boarding time to prepare.
 - The client will lose the right to any claim, return or refund if he does not appear at the meeting point and at the indicated time on the day of the activity, or if he voluntarily abandons the route once it has started.

Cancel conditions

- The client can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before.
- The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected for meteorological and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without the right to any compensation.
 - The boat skipper will be the one who decides to accept or reject the client for reasons of safety in the activity (age, climate, disability or pregnancy).
